Bilingual Support Agent (Arabic and English)

As a Bilingual Support Agent, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. Your role involves efficiently addressing inquiries and issues across various channels while seamlessly translating between Arabic and English. By upholding high standards of support and leveraging your language skills, you'll contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with both Arabic and English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support in both Arabic and English via phone, email, or chat channels.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution to each interaction.

  • Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking customers to understand their needs and address their concerns accurately.

  • Document customer interactions and details accurately in the company's CRM system.

  • Handle escalated issues or irate customers professionally, de-escalating situations and finding appropriate resolutions.

  • Navigate bilingual conversations seamlessly, translating information accurately between Arabic and English as needed.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both languages, is required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to provide prompt and effective support.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and issues, finding appropriate resolutions promptly.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Candidates with a background in the hospitality industry are preferred, particularly those who have worked in front desk positions at hotels.

  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
