As a Back Office Agent, you'll play a key role in helping our clients by managing product content, pricing, and handling various administrative tasks. Your duties will include improving product listings, researching competitors to find business opportunities, and assisting with website copywriting. You'll also manage social media reposting and support general back-office operations to keep the client's business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Optimize product listings for better visibility on e-commerce platforms.
- Update and maintain accurate product information, including descriptions and pricing.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Assist in writing and editing website content to improve user engagement.
- Monitor and repost content on social media platforms.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and product trends.
- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain and organize digital files and databases for easy access.
- Assist with invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Handle routine back-office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills and Qualification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and product management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle various tasks efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic experience with content creation, data entry, or social media is helpful.
- Experience with content creation, SEO, and social media management is a plus.
- Previous experience with social media management or content reposting is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are an advantage.
30% Night Differential Pay
The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
