As a Back Office Agent, you are responsible for ensuring smooth back-office operations related to bookkeeping. You will work with various teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities
Conduct weekly reconciliation of transactions across financial systems and business accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and import weekly payment data for suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Record weekly sales entries meticulously in the accounting software, maintaining up-to-date financial records.
Perform monthly reconciliation of financial statements, meticulously verifying data and obtaining necessary authorizations.
Make monthly journal entries and accruals to ensure accurate representation of financial activities.
Manage monthly payroll taxes and fulfill required filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain comprehensive HR files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
Facilitate daily communication with internal teams and external partners to support audit readiness and smooth reconciliation processes.

Education and Experience

Proven proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, demonstrating the ability to manage financial data accurately and efficiently.
30% Night Differential Pay
