Back Office Agent

As a Back Office Agent, you are responsible for ensuring smooth back-office operations related to bookkeeping. You will work with various teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly reconciliation of transactions across financial systems and business accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and import weekly payment data for suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Record weekly sales entries meticulously in the accounting software, maintaining up-to-date financial records.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of financial statements, meticulously verifying data and obtaining necessary authorizations.
  • Make monthly journal entries and accruals to ensure accurate representation of financial activities.
  • Manage monthly payroll taxes and fulfill required filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive HR files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
  • Facilitate daily communication with internal teams and external partners to support audit readiness and smooth reconciliation processes.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Marketing, or a related Business field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
  • Proven proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, demonstrating the ability to manage financial data accurately and efficiently.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
