You will be responsible for the accurate processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting of payroll. This role ensures payroll transactions are correctly recorded and aligned with the organization’s accounting processes. The position requires a high level of independence, attention to detail, and strong communication to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience in payroll processing, accounting, or a similar role
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or similar spreadsheet tools) and payroll systems
Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, etc).
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document work and communicate issues remotely.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive, process-driven task.
Familiarity with payroll compliance is an advantage.
30% Night Differential Pay
