Bilingual Support Agent (Spanish and English)

The Bilingual Support Agent provides support to customers in both English and Spanish through voice, chat, and email channels, resolving concerns with professionalism and cultural understanding. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about communication and customer care.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support role, preferably in a multilingual environment.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Experience handling customer inquiries through voice and/or non-voice channels.

  • Comfortable using support platforms, internal systems, and digital communication tools.

  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions

  • Respond to customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email using both English and Spanish.

  • Resolve issues by following established workflows and escalation procedures.

  • Track, document, and update customer interactions using internal systems.

  • Handle complex or sensitive customer concerns with discretion.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account-specific policies and tools.

 

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
