Client Onboarding and Implementation Specialist

As a Client Onboarding and Implementation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional onboarding experiences for new clients, seamlessly setting up their accounts, orienting them about internal procedures, and coordinating with departments to establish standards in the project. Your role extends beyond onboarding. It involves the strategic implementation of service updates, process improvements, and service delivery requirements. You'll build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and a client-centric approach throughout the client’s outsourcing journey. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the onboarding process for their outsourced jobs.

  • Initiate immediate contact with clients upon sign-up, facilitating a seamless introduction to our services.

  • Communicate the features of our outsourced services, setting and managing client expectations from the outset.

  • Develop customized onboarding plans for each client, ensuring a tailored and efficient experience.

  • Strategically guide clients to the activation point, ensuring swift harnessing of the full benefits of our outsourced solutions for expanded operations.

  • Coordinate with new clients on creating the Service Level Agreement, which describes the particular services that will be offered, the level of service that will be delivered, as well as the terms and circumstances under which the services will be supplied.

  • Formulate and execute strategies for the seamless implementation of service updates, process improvements, and service delivery requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to gather requirements for effective implementation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their objectives and expectations.

  • Foster a client-centric approach, ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout the onboarding journey.

  • Gather valuable feedback from clients about their onboarding experience, utilizing insights to refine and improve future onboarding strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of client onboarding processes, particularly in the context of outsourcing.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles for executing service delivery improvements effectively.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management strategies and client-centric approaches.

  • Proficient problem-solving abilities to address client inquiries and challenges during onboarding.

  • Analytical skills to evaluate and refine onboarding processes using data-driven insights.

  • A keen eye for attention to detail.

  • Must show initiative and be a self-starter.

  • Must demonstrate strong presentation skills.

  • Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Must be able and willing to perform all duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Must have the ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Additional certifications or training in project management, customer relationship management, or service implementation are preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or related field, preferably within the outsourcing industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective onboarding processes for new clients, including the creation of customized onboarding plans and service level agreements.

  • Experience in coordinating with clients to define contract components, such as service outlines, metrics, timelines, and governance structures.

  • Strong background in client relationship management, including building and maintaining relationships, providing responsive communication, and gathering feedback to improve client experiences.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
