Client Success Associate

As a Client Success Associate, you will act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Your role involves building strong relationships, addressing concerns, and providing personalized support. You will also collaborate with internal teams to improve services based on client feedback, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain detailed client profiles and reports for management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact, managing communication channels and addressing client concerns.

  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication and check-ins.

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of each client's business and objectives to provide personalized support.

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and promote additional services.

  • Build and maintain detailed client profiles, documenting key interactions and feedback.

  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them for a seamless client experience.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on client feedback.

  • Work closely with internal teams (HR, Operations, Training, Quality) to ensure client success.

  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to address client needs.

  • Collaborate on process improvements based on client feedback.

  • Present feedback analysis and improvement recommendations to senior management.

  • Assist in the smooth onboarding process, guiding new clients and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training to familiarize clients with services.

  • Monitor the progress of new clients during onboarding, providing support as needed.

  • Maintain and improve onboarding materials and processes to enhance the client experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills for managing client relationships.

  • Expertise in building and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and client management tools.

  • Analytical skills to gather and analyze client feedback and satisfaction levels.

  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet client needs.

  • Adaptability to address changing client needs and priorities.

  • Ability to conduct regular check-ins, assess client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Competence in documenting key client information, interactions, and feedback.

  • Skill in preparing and presenting detailed reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations based on client feedback.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Experience in preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

  • Proven track record of cultivating strong client relationships and driving client success.

  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Familiarity with client onboarding processes and best practices.

  • Additional certifications in client relationship management or project management are a plus.


 

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
