As the Office Driver and Utility, you play a vital role in our office operations by ensuring safe transportation for employees and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. You will handle vehicle upkeep, adhere to driving policies, and provide excellent service to passengers.
Responsibilities
Safely transport employees and visitors using company vehicles to specified destinations.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle for safe and efficient travel.
Adhere to traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure passenger safety.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, and materials as required.
Coordinate transportation schedules with administrative staff to prioritize requests.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and promptly report any issues.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Maintain punctuality by following designated pick-up and drop-off schedules.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing passengers' needs professionally
Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle use, including trip logging and expense reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and cleaning procedures.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to driving and office cleaning.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Vocational training or certification in driving or vehicle maintenance is a plus.
Additional training in safety practices for driving and office environments beneficial.
Prior experience as a driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to handle minor vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks.
Experience in customer service or hospitality roles is advantageous.
30% Night Differential Pay
The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
