As a Flight Reservations Agent, you will assist customers in managing their travel needs by providing accurate flight bookings, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.

At least 3 years of experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS), specifically with Amadeus and Galileo.
Proven ability to process manual adjustments and resolve travel booking issues.
Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
