Human Resources Generalist

Assist in managing employee relations and preliminary incident handling.

Support payroll and benefits processing in coordination with Finance or Compensation and Benefits.

Organize employee engagement programs, recognition events, and culture initiatives.

Assist in policy dissemination and monitoring compliance.

Coordinate HR reports and documentation.

Act as HR’s frontline contact for employee inquiries.

Familiarity with benefits administration and employee engagement strategies.

Background in addressing employee grievances and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Proven ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.

Training or coursework in labor law, employee relations, or talent development is preferred.

Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools is beneficial.

Certifications in HR management (e.g., CHRP, SPHR) are advantageous.
