As an IT Specialist, you ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining IT assets, and supporting internal clients. Your role involves proactive maintenance, accurate documentation, and timely incident response while adhering to IT processes and regulatory requirements. You'll also provide on-call support during emergencies to ensure continuous IT system availability and security.

Skills & Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware.
Understanding of IT security principles and compliance.
Flexibility to respond to emergencies and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication skills for user guidance and documentation.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of IT support experience, including troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and incident management.
Experience with documentation and content management systems is preferred.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
30% Night Differential Pay
The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
