Outbound Sales Agent

As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will play a key role in generating new business by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your focus will be on qualifying leads, delivering persuasive sales pitches, and closing deals to meet sales targets. You'll also manage customer records and follow up to ensure a smooth sales process, contributing to the overall growth of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce products or services and generate interest.

  • Engage in cold calling to identify new sales opportunities and qualify leads.

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to align with target customer profiles.

  • Gather information to assess lead potential and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in the CRM system.

  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches that highlight the value and benefits of the products or services.

  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals to overcome sales barriers.

  • Adapt sales scripts based on customer responses to maximize effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate and timely customer information in CRM systems.

  • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls or meetings to advance the sales process.

  • Actively follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and manage the sales pipeline.

  • Assist in setting up product demonstrations, trials, or consultations to support sales efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, including lead generation, qualification, and closing strategies.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track interactions and manage sales pipelines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective engagement with prospects and clients.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle objections and negotiate during the sales process.

  • Ability to adapt sales scripts and approaches based on customer feedback.

  • Good organizational skills for managing follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to share insights and improve sales tactics.

  • Familiarity with market research techniques to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

  • Ability to manage and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive sales experience.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on relationship management.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
