Outbound Sales Support Agent

Dumaguete, Philippines

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls. You'll introduce our client's products/services, highlight their benefits, and ultimately secure sales. Your ability to build rapport and communicate persuasively will be instrumental in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and requirements.
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and track progress in CRM software.
  • Present product or service information to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits they can expect.
  • Actively follow up with prospects via email, phone, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct thorough research on target industries, competitors, and market trends to stay informed and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and customer information.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales skills and experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Ability to handle objections and overcome customer resistance to close sales
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite applications and call center software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Computer and internet savvy.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute

 

Education & Experience

  • At least high school or K-12 graduate.
  • Proven 1 year or more experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the call center or BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and product management best practices.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
