As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact in SOPHI’s sales journey, helping identify and engage the right prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Your work helps generate interest, qualify leads, and drive deeper sales conversations. Collaborate with leadership to align messaging, campaign content, and lead quality.
Track engagement trends and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

30% Night Differential Pay
The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
