As a Sales Development Representative, you'll drive our company's growth by showcasing our call center solutions and services. You'll craft compelling sales pitches, represent us at events, and engage with potential clients to uncover new business opportunities. Your role also involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, and gathering feedback to improve our services.

Responsibilities

  • Master our services, understanding their ins and outs to deliver convincing and tailored sales presentations.

  • Investigate and grasp the specific needs, pain points, and goals of potential clients to craft personalized pitches.

  • Customize presentations to address each prospect's unique requirements, showcasing how our solutions can directly address their challenges.

  • Highlight the key features, benefits, and advantages of our services, positioning us as the go-to solution in the call center industry.

  • Accompany our CEO during trips and stand as the face of our company at events, ensuring a professional and engaging presence.

  • Engage with potential clients at event booths or stands, adeptly pitching our call center services and solutions.

  • Collect and follow up on contact information from event interactions, ensuring no potential leads slip through the cracks.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.

  • Handle client calls and emails with efficiency and courtesy, reflecting our commitment to exceptional customer service.

  • Gather feedback from clients about their experiences and satisfaction levels, using insights to improve our service delivery and customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of call center industry trends, practices, and solutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking.

  • Knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong presentation and pitching abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships with clients.

  • Proficient in multitasking and time management, able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical skills to assess client needs, identify opportunities, and tailor solutions accordingly

  • Resilience and perseverance in pursuing sales opportunities and achieving targets.

  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required to fulfill job duties are essential.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

  • Additional certifications or training in sales, business development, or related areas are preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the call center or BPO industry.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking, with a proven ability to effectively utilize these tools to manage sales pipelines.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering persuasive sales presentations, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
