The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies in order to build an audience and ensure engagement.
Responsibilities
Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Attend events and produce live social media content.
Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software is beneficial.
Experience in tracking social media metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).
Ability to create and curate engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in social media content management, preferably in a call center or customer service industry.
Experience in creating social media content.
30% Night Differential Pay
