Talent Acquisition Associate

Dumaguete, Philippines

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. They will be responsible for posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all applicants and ensuring that the company is in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate the open positions of the company to all sources of job applications including but not limited to job boards, social media pages, and job searches.
  • Review and screen resumes of candidates to ensure they are complete and error-free.
  • Conduct the initial interviews of candidates based on skills and qualifications.
  • Tracking the Employee Requisition Forms to ensure timely posting of job openings.
  • Post the job openings on the company's website to ensure the recruitment pipeline is ready for candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Screen the candidates from the Employee Referral Program.
  • Communicate with clients to schedule interviews of candidates.
  • Review the resumes of candidates who are endorsed for final and/or client interviews to ensure all information indicated is relevant.
  • Prepare the job offers for candidates who have been selected for hire.

Skills and Qualifications    

  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external vendors.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and experience with database management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Computer and internet savvy.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or in a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field
  • Experience in the call center industry is preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
