Talent Acquisition Lead

In this role, you’ll take charge of the entire hiring process — from strategy to onboarding — making sure we attract and bring in top talent who are the perfect fit for our company culture. Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a BPO or call center setting

  • Minimum 1 year of supervising a recruitment team

  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring — from sourcing to job offers

  • Track record of handling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles

  • Confident in using data and metrics to make recruitment smarter and faster

Competencies and Skills

  • Strong grasp of hiring strategies, tools, and platforms

  • Experience with ATS and recruitment technology

  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities

  • Great at coaching and bringing out the best in people

  • Data-driven and always looking for ways to improve

  • Creative problem-solver when the talent market gets tough

  • Results-focused with a “let’s get it done” attitude

Essential Functions

  • Build and roll out smart, creative hiring strategies to meet hiring targets

  • Partner with team leads and department heads to understand hiring needs

  • Guide, mentor, and support recruiters to hit their goals (and grow professionally!)

  • Lead the day-to-day recruitment flow — from sourcing to interviews to onboarding

  • Keep an eye on key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire

  • Bring fresh sourcing ideas to keep our candidate pipeline strong

  • Run regular team huddles and check-ins to stay aligned and motivated

  • Analyze trends in the market and our hiring data — and act on them

  • Make sure we stay compliant with labor laws and internal policies

  • Share regular updates and insights with the HR Manager

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
