Talent Acquisition Lead

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, your primary focus will be crafting and implementing effective recruitment strategies to bring in top-notch talent that aligns with our company goals. You'll oversee every step of the hiring process, from finding candidates to getting them settled in. A big part of your job will be making sure our company is attractive to potential hires and ensuring they have a positive experience. By working closely with different teams and using data, you'll help us find the best people and build a great reputation as an employer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring processes.

  • Create and maintain a recruitment calendar to manage hiring timelines and prioritize urgent roles.

  • Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

  • Identify and utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

  • Attend job fairs, career events, and networking functions to promote the organization and attract talent.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and streamline the sourcing process.

  • Develop and implement standardized assessment and selection processes to ensure fairness and consistency.

  • Administer and evaluate assessment tests, including technical skills tests, personality assessments, and cognitive ability tests.

  • Coordinate with other departments to prepare for new hires' first day, including setting up workstations and providing necessary materials.

  • Promote the company's culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, strategies, and trends.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to inform strategies and decisions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes and timelines simultaneously.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.

  • Commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Skilled in identifying opportunities to innovate and improve recruitment processes.

  • Skilled in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to team members.

  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage team performance.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a call center or BPO industry.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in leading a recruitment team.

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent across various channels, including social media and job boards.

  • Strong background in conducting behavioral interviews and assessing candidates' skills and qualifications.

  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies in a call center setting.

  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices, especially in the call center industry is a plus.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
