Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field
At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a BPO or call center setting
Minimum 1 year of supervising a recruitment team
Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring — from sourcing to job offers
Track record of handling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Confident in using data and metrics to make recruitment smarter and faster

Bring fresh sourcing ideas to keep our candidate pipeline strong
Run regular team huddles and check-ins to stay aligned and motivated
Analyze trends in the market and our hiring data — and act on them

30% Night Differential Pay
