The Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads the recruitment team in executing hiring strategies, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent. Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.

Experience leading high-volume or specialized recruitment projects.
Strong background in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.
Demonstrated ability to hire for hard-to-fill roles.
