Talent Acquisition Supervisor

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads the recruitment team in executing hiring strategies, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supervising recruiters, and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions.

  • Analyze market trends to optimize sourcing strategies and ensure competitiveness.

  • Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, providing support and performance feedback.

  • Conduct regular meetings to align team efforts with organizational priorities.

  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for various roles.

  • Monitor the recruitment pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

  • Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill and cost per hire, and recommend improvements.

  • Provide recruitment performance reports and insights to the HR Manager.

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for process optimization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and industry trends.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.

  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a recruitment team.

  • Analytical mindset for tracking recruitment metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Creative problem-solving for sourcing and hiring challenges.

  • Strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Experience leading high-volume or specialized recruitment projects.

  • Strong background in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to hire for hard-to-fill roles.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
