The Web Content will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining website content to ensure the website is informative, engaging, and up-to-date.
Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain website content using content management systems, such as WordPress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives and develop content that aligns with the client's branding guidelines.
Optimize website content for search engines and web analytics.
Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends and implement innovative concepts and techniques.
Perform other clients’ required tasks related to web content.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in content management systems, such as WordPress.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style.
Strong understanding of web design and development principles.
Ability to write and edit website content that is informative, engaging, and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Computer and internet savvy.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in web content management, preferably in a call center or customer service industry.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
30% Night Differential Pay
The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
